Privacy notice

What we collect

When you register we collect your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and the authenticator you enrol for multi-factor authentication. When you agree to this notice and our terms, and when you complete our suitability questionnaire, we record your answers (including the investable net worth, annual income, investment objective and time horizon you select), the version of the disclosure you were shown, the date and time, your IP address and your browser details.

Why we collect it

To secure your account, to decide whether we may provide you with strategy information, and to keep the records the firm is required to keep.

How long we keep it

Records of acceptance and access decisions are retained for at least five years and cannot be deleted during that period, even if you close your account.
